I don’t see how this is such a surprise to people. You can’t do something to get to a certain point, then just stop and expect it to continue lol. You have to maintain it. Especially with lifestyle, fitness/ nutritional. Bad and good health habits.

There’s no secret. Count your calories and make sure you’re under. Once you’ve lost enough body fat %. Maintain whatever calories you are eating

I don't know how many times I have advocated fasting. Although I don't personally do it as much anymore but you CAN get lean with IF and obviously workout as well‼️✌🏽Peace
