In animal studies, to show adverse health effects of artificial sweeteners they have to feed the animals HUGE doses that humans would never be able to get. Almost everything can be harmful with a high enough dose.

The truth about weight loss is there is no “best” or “one way” to do it. If you like soda, and find diet soda to be an enjoyable replacement, great! If you’re weird like me and enjoy plain water, that also works.

Bruh, the acidity in a soda, diet or not damages the mucus lining in you gut, and it does everything you just denied. I went through 14 years of training as a doctor and we were taught to never consume these products

My parents believed the exact same thing when it comes with Diet Soda. If one of my family members says it good for health, then I too shall have some as well since I’m drinking Diet MTN Dew right now 🥤🙂

If you want to lose weight maybe don’t drink soda. Better yet don’t drink you calories at all
