Great vid! They need to come out with an allusoda. Someone is working on it but they are a husband and wife owned small company and still haven’t launched. Been waiting on individual packs for coffee, etc. would also like to see a drink stick to put in water made with allulose.

One thing that struck me after I stopped drinking all soda, was how sick even just a small glass would make me feel. Soda is poison.

Love your videos. Particularly this one. If I may, I would have a suggestion. When you name a product, like a lot of sweeteners in this video, could you display the name on the screen so we can write it down correctly ? Thanks !

Zevia soda or flavored seltzer water with stevia, green tea, herbal teas!

Hi Dr. Gundry. I was just typing a question about allulose "cheating the brain" when you answered it! I appreciate your manner of presenting information. Thanks!

I’ve only ever liked stevia in diet sodas. In Europe, Stevia is the addition used in most diet sodas. And I’m not really a diet soda drinker but I am going to try balsamic vinaigre with Badoit, the “sparkling water” (as people in the USA call it)! Thanks for this video!

IARC Group 2B "Possibly carcinogenic to humans" is NOT a label something IS carcenogenic. Other things in 2B includes Kimchi and Aloe vera. Higher category IARC Group 2A "Probably carcinogenic to humans" include red meat consumption and beverages hotter than 65 degree C (teas, coffee etc.).
Kimchi and red meat are called healthy by Keto community. Calling out aspartame based on this labeling is cherry picking.

Does artificial sweeteners cause allergic reactions? Especially a body doesn’t drink diet soda. It caused lack of appetite and other physical reactions. ?

I bought a bag of allulose and the label said allulose is a naturally recurring sugar found in figs, raisins and kiwi. The small print says that it is made from corn. Is there lectins in the allulose made from corn?

Dr Gundry, how does someone with IBS that reacts negatively to prebiotics like inulin incorporate that or allulose into their diet? Is it e enough possible?

I only drink coke zero to help digestion after breakfast. Sparkling water doesn't have a strong carbonation to help digest.

I don’t drink diet sodas and it makes my body freak out. I prefer real sodas.

I’m confused. How does drinking 8 diet sodas with no calories make you fat? If they contained caffeine they theoretically should speed you up to burn calories. I’m willing to bet that diet soda isn’t the culprit in weight loss. It’s the 4 donuts every morning you justified to yourself in eating because you were drinking a nasty diet soda that caused weight gain.
