From doing this - your workflow will drastically improve, making you more efficient with the time you have. These are my everyday shortcuts + a bonus on how to map your own short cut keys.

TAB = Switch session view
A = Automation On/Off
B = Pen Tool
⌘ Z = Undo
⌘ SHIFT Z = Redo
⌘ T = New Audio Track
⌘ SHIFT T = New Midi Track
⌘ SHIFT M = New Midi Clip
⌘ D = Duplicate
SHIFT = Select multiple with click
⌘ J = Consolidate
⌘ R = Rename
0 = Active/Deactivate clip
DELETE = Delete
⌘ G = Group selection
⌘ E = Cut clip
⌘ L = Loop On/Off
⌘ C = Copy
⌘ V = Paste
SPACE = Play
