Do NOT do the leg press, especially wearing socks. Actually, take off the socks or wear shoes. One wrong move or slip and these bands will whip you. Take it from me, I've done it before and it hurts a lot.

What I liked about this video is that it was a holistic leg workout hitting all areas, others just show a bunch of squats and lunges, that hit thighs and glutes mostly

I did this today for a leg workout, and I gotta say man I felt it. I’ve gone off the wagon with working out and stuff, and I jumped back in with this video today and it was challenging, but I welcome the challenge!

The heavy looped pull up assist bands are far better for putting on muscle. You can absolutely build muscle with those I've used them for 3 years almost exclusively, not so much the tube style ones. Try doing front squats with heavy duty pull up assist bands, they make them up to a 200 lb resistance rating and you can stack them, you can definitely build muscle with those. I stack looped bands for front squatting and it's incredibly tough, I've progressively overloaded over the past year stacking stronger resistance ratings. Another tip is you can slide a heavy duty band through a kettlebell, step on the ends of the band and do resistance band kettlebell deadlifts. you can get hundreds of lbs of resistance out of it towards lockout from just a 40lb bell.

I hurt my lower back 2 weeks ago doing RDL/JumpSquats - I'm almost fully recovered, this video was an amazing video to slowly get back into working out. I'm still a bit traumatized to get back into weights so the bands helped my out out alot amd making sure I had proper form. Not only that but while he instructed RDLs it was a slow and steady pace. I appreciate the video amd will continue to check out your page !
