Just finished day 3...I'm so motivated and excited by this simple regime...I am 77 yrs old, disabled and thus is just what I needed... plus thus young nan can talk up a storm and could be one of me sons..lol

At the other video, I heard you said that you got tired of eating too much chicken, here is a tip, Get the whole pack of chicken, dump it inside a medium bowl, buy a big container of seasoning chicken at the store, then spread it on the chicken breasts, it will take you a minute to do it, then put the chicken on the grill and cook it, you will see the big difference on flavor.

Round about 20 years ago I got on the scales and was 265lbs. I had the same moment you did, something just clicked. I got a stationary bike and started eating better. Cut out all non diet drinks, worked out as much as I could every day, got to where I was on the bike for an hour a day. I kept eating everything I normally ate, I just literally ate half as much for every meal and I cut out all snacking in between meals. Over 18 months or so I lost 100lbs of fat and got down to 175 and built a little muscle in my legs. I managed to keep most of it off, got back up to 215 (women.... run ya nuts sometimes), but started the routine again till I got down to around 200 where I normally hover around now.
It really is as simple as watching what you eat and exercising any way you can, even walking. I stayed a little bit hungry ALL the time, but after some of the weight came off the hunger felt a little less. If you aren't hungry a little you probably won't lose much weight, or at least not fast at all.
The chicken diet plan is a good option as long as you can stick with the same ole same ole for weeks on end heh.
