Great video! Many people think these companies and positions do not accept negotiations but it can actually happen with the correct way of talking to recruiters and/or HR from the companies we are intersted to work at. David is sharing us these ideas but as he has a short period of time for sharing that, he is using straightforward words for making the video. IRL is not that different, I was able to negotiate tech positions at two different companies just by mentioning other offers, when companies are desperate for employees they will not think twice in adjusting the offer, it's up to us to at least try. Of course we still need to show our skills and ability to fill that position

In a perfect world you can do these with proper talking and negotiation, but most likely you will get ignored and big companies can just find another person anyways.
