Covid ke time p 4 se 4.5 tak aaenge lekin 5 ya uske aage nahi jaenge HR log. Last 2 months se job interview de raha hu, 15 interviews done, 2 offers received. Only 20% hike I got. HR was so complacent that you are not getting salary on time in current organization. We don't want to loose you as well. So I think this is good offer. I couldn't really gist this tactics. It clearly depicts they won't be giving value to education and merely negotiating as per last drawn CTC. That's bad. Unapologeticallyson bad. How can you measure potential of a candidate based on last drawn CTC. If it's a Big 4, then fine. But if it's a lala company, often candidates are hired for less salary. One company I gave interview for has some branch in US and they call themselves as MNC. I pretty much disliked the sarcasm but I couldn't laugh loudly.
