Hi Diksha, i have given an interview with startup, my all round of interview was over, when i was asked about salary part, i quoted X salary they quoted below my minimum expectation, later they rejected me beacuse of that stating your salary expectation is too high, i have 20 years of experience in Quality profile in Bangalore, kindly your suggestions please, how to answer in this situation.

My husband has very sound knowledge ans and its the hot skill though but the interviewer is just paying him 8- 12% hike saying this is the maximum number we can give for the role for which you have selected where he asked for minimum of 30% hike
