Easy Egg Fried Rice

What do you make when it feels like you have nothing in the fridge or pantry? If I have a couple of eggs and some rice which is when I turn to egg fried rice. Pair it with some oil, soy sauce, and chili oil? You have a very filling and quite tasty meal in no time! #Shorts

im only 15 yrs old, learning how to cook even if it's something simple ever since my dad passed away, and my mom lost a lot of motivation to even cook and she only moves for work or something more important financially. ofc she sometimes cook something simple or order some food, but rarely. so I'll try to cook everyday somehow for my unable to cook 5 siblings and mother. thanks! ^^

I usually do fried rice with eggs, butter minced garlic and some diced onions, and soy sauce. Easily got through college

Hey your dish looks good just some tips
1. start with garlic and onions in the oil
2. Few day old cold rice is the best to cook with, I personally like Korean short grain rice
3. Add some celery and carrots for aroma and taste and season with soy sauce
4. Use dark soy sauce for good flavour, adjust salt and sugar as needed
Lastly, add your eggs near the end so it’s not over cooked
