Don't know why the Algorithm recommended me this, but I'm now a fried rice expert and I have no regrets.

8 yrs ago I attempted chicken fried rice. It was a disaster. Wife gave me a negative 10 out of 10 and warranted. This video came across my feed this week. Watched and made fried rice tonight. Feel like a master chef now. Wife rated tonight's fried rice 8 out of 10. Thank you.

I love when Aaron says "Don't worry about it".

i love how approachable the channel is,
suggesting not to follow the recipe, using what you have, alternative ways of doing things, the humour.
the taste tester is fun too, she has good insights, glad to have found the channel!

Don't worry about it...let's call our taste tester...Claire!! Cracks me up every time. Love it.

Thank you so much I’m disabled and my hubby does almost all the cooking but watching you has given me the bug I can sit and prepare the food and also sit and cook the fried rice so I’m going to make my husband a meal for the first time in forever thanks for being so easy going and explaining why you do stuff xx

Uncle Roger! My chicken stock and oyster sauce has MSG in it, so don't worry about it! 🤣

I know this is super simple for you, but I genuinely am supremely appreciative of your effort! It’s been SO expensive and hard for me to both afford to feed my family, and keep up with making different fresh, nutritious recipes for a low dollar amount. Extra long recipes can also take a toll on me as I’m severely disabled and get overwhelmed easily and quickly. You breaking things down to the most simple way possible helps me so much, and I’m sure it helps out many others!

One of the best cooking videos i have yet to see. Starts with your basic ingredients, and adds upon that...which means you get to understand how it goes together. And makes it as simple as possible.

I was a professional chef for 10 years and I have to say (this being the first video of yours I have watched), you rather brilliantly weaved the most basic pre-made options for the most novice of cooks with fabulous options and instructions for someone who is comfortable with cooking for themselves. Fantastic, educational video on such a great staple dish!

I love to hear him say, "Don't worry 'bout it." It almost has that Bob Ross vibe to it, but instead of painting, he's cooking.

Hey, I've been in kind of a depressive episode but this helped me cook a nice meal for myself when a lot of things have been seeming impossible recently. Thank you.

A Korean dude shaming me for not having bacon in my house...
I'm not crying. It's the onions.

2 years stationed in Korea and 2 years stationed in Japan trying to learn how to cook fried rice and eventually settling on a way that kinda works for me based on what i learned and it still ends up being packy and after watching a few of your videos, I finally figure out what I've been missing. Thank you so very much!

Thank you so much, Aaron and Claire! This was such an easy recipe to do and it's so delicious! I played around with some different ingredients and I now, with the oyster sauce, add a bit of soy sauce and a few drops of sesame oil, as well as a bit of brown sugar. I whisk those ingredients with the eggs and then add the rice as you instructed. I also add some minced garlic to the green onion oil right before I add the rice mixture, otherwise the garlic will burn. Just some suggestions for anyone else that wants to take your delicious and easy recipe further!
