For me I am a sim flyer so I have a yoke and throttle on my desk mixed in with 4 monitors but since I’m siming in msfs I don’t need that good of monitors I just need a good pc to handle the game

There are tons games released between 1990 and 2020 and all of them your PC can potentially run in 360 fps (If it is supported by game). If you are playing only current gen - it is not the problem of the monitor.

I just use an old ink screen monitor, high refresh rate, but it didn't have super high pixels so it used a liquid layer to blend the pixels together

I do things like minecraft, escape the backrooms, and terraria at 1080p 100hz using just radeon vega 8, thats all i need and its so nice to upgrade to from 40hz gaming

if i am correct, since that is an ultrawide it is actually probably a bit higher than 1440p which takes more fps

i also think it really just depends on your specs + the games you play. some games will be pretty easy to run at 240fps on 1440p
