We know buildings have builders because we've actually seen people building buildings and therefore we don't need to assume anything. Same thing with the painting analogy. But we've never seen anyone make a mountain, planet, universe, rain puddle, flower, etc. How many universes do we have to compare to our own like we have with buildings and paintings? Everything has a cause. And cause does not mean created. I welcome any debates.
