It would be interesting if they did a story line where the phoenix force was some how killed and all psionic powers with it were gone while it was dead…that’s if they haven’t done it already. And no it wouldn’t reappear in one single person, it would just stop existing, as if someone killed it, permanently. Heroes and villains with psionic powers maybe go catatonic or have their subconsciouses die until the PF is revived or created anew.
