There was a large number of UFO sightings in the area during the same time. Whatever you believe the mothman was, its insulting to those people saying they were probably owls or cranes

I grew up in a remote village high up near the Himalayas. The area is heavily forested. Anyways, my Grandfather still tells me the incident when he saw a Bigfoot like creature stealing a bull and carrying the bull on its shoulders and vanished into the jungle. My Grandfather's brother was a witch doctor- the family agrees that he had disappeared for a few years as a kid, and came back with all this knowledge. He told that he was abducted by a forest wizard type thing, but a dwarf - who taught him about th occult. I've seen some unexplainable things - like calling the spirit of a witch into the body of the victim. Infact, reverse spells being used to use the same bad spells back to the witch, and I've seen some start bleeding through mouth. Anyways, I moved to city for college and work; but these videos remind me of when I was growing up.

i have seen something similar to mothman... it all happened in 2007 i was 13 years old .. it happened around 11:30 pm.. something flew accross our neighbour's property it was huge something very paranormal.. it's all true.. it was bright not super bright... like a coal that is burning.. as soon as I saw it .. i ran to my parents bedroom but i never said anything ..they wouldn't believe it.. especially my dad.. who himself had many encounters with paranormal activities

If the depiction of moth man is a humanoid quite like being with wings and shining fiery eyes, i personally suspect that it is not an extraterrestrial being or animal of any sort. I would personally say that it is a kind of demon because there is a type of demon that looks pretty much like the one described here. And, most demons have red eyes.
