A cup that Jesus drank from during Passover was likely of a regular pottery style, as that was the tradition. Not a chalice.. No metal.. It was a set of pottery only used and not likely to have been saved unless John Mark's mother passed them down to a daughter. Of all the moving about that 1st Christians had to do, as a result of being persecuted, it's not likely to have survived.
