Thanks brother! I really like Dr Craig. I stumbled across his video's 4 months ago (I was agnostic and didn't spent tim searching for truth). His video's turned my life up side down (in a very positive way). Now i'm a follower of Christ, going to church and want to get baptized. Your commentary and explanation is a great addition to his video's!

I had this downward spiraling world view. Seeing suffering and unpunished evil lead to self harm and slow suicide through addiction. The idea that all of this is for nothing is hopelessly terrifying.

Thank you for doing the due diligence of putting subtitles in your videos, because it makes your videos much more convenient to watch, and easier to understand. God bless your soul for doing these videos, and making them available for the world to see, and I pray that your effort and labour shall bring more people closer to God.

I recently had a conversation with someone who insists that if God exists, He would find a way to make his message understandable to everyone. Essentially a perfect message that cannot be misunderstood. The person couldn't understand the free will aspect that plays a role, where it's not the message that's the problem sometimes. It's the person and whether they're open. You can make all the sense in the world, but if the person is intent on being unreceptive, or just is being such, it won't matter. Short of coercion. That's the last thing anyone should go for.

That book shelf is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🙌🙌🙌 Most people feel the “spiritual” side of our human experience - moments of awe provided by music, theatre, drama, nature, the cosmos, and art —- you lose the “soul” of life at your own peril….. “we don’t see matter, we see what matters.” ❤️

Free will. This is under that discussion. You are free to make choices, both good and bad. The positives of the good and the consequences of the bad should point you in the correct direction of truth.

One of my favorite Pascal quotes paraphrased here: "There is enough light to see and darkness to doubt."

I enjoy your fervor in finding this content and giving it for thousands to see. Let me tell you my brother in Christ, you have helped awaken Christ in me, and I now seek to do that for others. Keep up your fight and know you are inspiring more to do good as well in God’s name. God bless you!

There are some even more enthralling and compelling reasons behind God’s hiddenness than what I have to say here, but here's something I shared with a friend recently on the same issue. I told her if God peeled apart the skies as she said He should and shouted YOOHOO, HERE I AM - GODDD!!! she could be sure that the most evil of men and women would queue up as converts but mainly because of the terror of knowing punishment was certain for disloyalty; but in many of them there wouldn't be a shred of love for God in their hearts. This fact alone would make nonsense of their belief seeing as God IS love!

She saw the point same as I hope many others reading this post will as well.

I don’t think nihilism truly exists. It’s impossible to believe in nothingness, meaning is inevitable.

Most nihilistic people quickly adopt a bitter / sarcastic attitude when regarding philosophy. Since it’s undeniable that humans seek meaning it’s absence must to be seen as a cruel joke by the universe.

So they end up thinking the fundamental purpose of reality is to disappoint us, and they communicate this pretty explicitly.

Rick and Morty is a perfect encapsulation of that vague insipid condescension. Which comes from the ego of believing you know the meaning of life (there is none) and that everyone else is an idiot for even wondering.

Cheers.

I love the way he explained his answers not so much debating but in a very clear manner to understand and it truly helps those without Faith be more open to the possibility that the Lord does exist by the way it’s explained. Thank you for sharing.

Wow, great job. I have never thought of how the way God chose to reveal Himself is an act of mercy so to not coerce people into belief in Him, but rather hide Himself just enough that if you seek Him you will find Him, but also if you reject Him you won't find Him. Keep up the good work brother.

I see it as a parent/child relationship. You can teach your children how to live and they love you...but when they reach a certain age they also instinctually resist your beliefs and want to figure out the world for themselves. As a parent you shouldn't force your beliefs on them at that point but continue to there and guide but never support their bad behaviors. The goal being that they will return to what you Taught them when they learn from life's trials. We are teens going through a 6000 year adolescent stage.

“If I find in myself desires which nothing in this world can satisfy, the only logical explanation is that I was made for another world” - C.S Lewis.

Corroborates your first point about our yearning for meaning being a basis for concluding the existence of eternity.

LOVE YOUR VIDEOS, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WHAT YOU DO. I did want to ask, is the background a green screen?
