2 years ago I started eating strictly carnivore thanks to you Dr. Chaffee. I’ve had so many health problems disappear. It’s been amazing.
The biggest one: 40 years of severe chronic asthma now completely gone.

Carnivore now for 9 months, living in Manitoba, Canada and at first it felt next to impossible to eat a full carnivore diet with the cost of meat, but now I buy whole cows to butcher myself. The cattle producers are more than happy because I buy their culls (weak or injured cows) but for myself that turned out to be $2/lb for all cuts of meat. I did all the work but I don’t mind at all. Even fell in love with breaking down an animal carcass. Also, got to eat things I never had in my life; cow head, tongue, etc. even did an all beef haggis that was absolutely delicious.

As for the health change.
No longer diabetic
Arthritis in right knee from sports injury is completely gone.
Depression gone.
Eye sight improved dramatically, I can even zoom into objects further away. (Really want to know more about that)
Energy is through the roof.
Exponential strength gain.
Pushups each day multiplied, began able to do 2, then 10, 25, 40, 75.
Increased focus.
Memory improved so dramatically even I’m shocked. Haha.
Carnivore for life.

My 10 year old sheltie was moving slow and was clearly in pain. Started to feed her only raw turkey. 4 months later, she acted 3 years old again. She is 12 now, still on half turkey and doing wonderful.

TY. I gave my chihuahua prime rib, ribeye and chicken every day and he lived till 18 yrs. of age.

You Drop the Best Facts, , im meet fish and eggs now, , lost 20 pounds in 4 months, put on muscle, got more energy, less chronic fatigue symptoms, i eat 3x a day, im never hungry. This is the only way i can eat in the modern world.

Recently jumped on high sugar diet just for funsies, I gave it an honest shot and cut fat down to under 50g per day as prescribed:
1) Bloat + gas was near constant, stomach looked pregnant at all times
2) headaches showed up around day 10, particularly when consuming candy
3) wrist and finger stiffness in both hands
4) slightly blurrier vision than normal
5) 8 pounds weight gain (probably water but still)
6) "fuzzy" feeling on teeth from the sugars, old hole in molar showed up and started to cause pain immediately

I quit after 10 days because the teeth and headaches were really concerning me. I do NOT have these issues on Carnivore or low carb. I've since gone back to eating Carnivore + tubers. I feel a small amount of fiber and small amount of carb is evolutionarily consistent and keeps any carb cravings away. My digestion handles it well and overall I feel great doing it this way.

You have the best arguments for carnivore - definitely got me to change. Feels great. Perform great. Brain works again. Body doesn’t hurt anymore.

Many many issues with our food supplies and our bodies.
Fruits and vegetables were not available year round and at a whime.
Grains like wheat, rye and barely are ground down to a super fine mess powder.
Far far below granular size of the grinding stone methods.
Smaller size makes it more readily available for absorption into the body.
Grains and gluten was also only seasonally available.
Diagnosis of gout and gluten happened 400 years after the rise of industrial agriculture approximately11, 000 years ago.! With what we know as of our written history.

Age 67, 2.5 years on carnivore, several years low-ish carb before that…no meds for any condition, heck…no conditions, sleep great, exercise regularly and harder than many younger friends, mentally sharp, stable and healthy weight without effort. My friends sometimes urge me to stop eating such an unhealthy diet. I agree with them by saying, “yes, you are right, i still do drink coffee in the morning.”

1/3 of our body’s protein is collagen- shouldn’t our diet be too? Not sure people go long term without it (gelatin, been bone broth, etc)

thank you, Dr. Chaffee. Great information very informative 74-year-old from the Philadelphia Pennsylvania area carnivore for 10 months now. I have experience a lot of changes or a diabetic medicine blood pressure or lower weight is lower. I’m still diagnosed with NLD a diabetic skin disorder that I’ve been fighting for over a year and a half. I noticed the other day that it’s going away almost gone many other positive changes as well thank you to you and all my other carnivore doctors like Dr. Berry Dr. Hampton keep informing us and God bless you.❤

Awesome video Dr Chafee! Although I’m not 100% carnivore, I do feel better than ever at almost 53. I convinced my mother at 77 to give it a try, and she has been eating just meat for about six months now. She’s had some issues over the years, long story. One thing she noticed is that she has had some heavy oxalate dumping, especially on her skin. She has small, white, dry patches on her arms that were never there before. she wants to continue, but she never got that surge of energy that most people have after doing it for a while. She has had some leg cramping and some joint pain recently. I feel that the joint pain started after the doctor told her to lower her vitamin D intake because the level was too high. I told her that they don’t know what they’re talking about.
