When paper slides across a table but there’s crumbs or something underneath. Worst. Feeling. Possible.

Genuinely thought the microfiber thing was just me good to know 😂

When the tips of my sleeves are wet
If they want to be watery, they can only be damp.

I had the worst sensory experience the other day.
It was a textured glass cuttingboard. I shudder just thinking of it

The perfect shirt and itchy shirt are so relatable. I buy my shirts based on texture.

For me all the normal things that bother people are of no issue to me (tags, mic feedback, etc.) but yet I can not stand a liquid on my skin for very long, seams are issues, stripes are a nightmare, and trying in clothes is painful. I do have issues with other loud noises and bright colors (I try to avoid crowds) and am no stranger to sensory overload and a different kind of touch overload where my skin hurts from any contact whatsoever anywhere on my body and continues to hurt indefinitely (shortest has been 10 minutes, longest 3 days so far).

I just got clips that hold the seatbelt strap lower and it's been a game changer

When I was young, one of my parents lost their mind trying to understand why I so desperately needed to roll the elastic cinched sleeves of a "soft jacket". Then I cried :'(

Does anyone else also have the opposite? Like, idk, sensory obsessions? For example the texture of certain pages in certain books will keep me entranced petting it forever. Or like one time I got in trouble at school for shoving my hand into a bag of bird seed because it felt nice and smooth and cool

You know, I'm watching all your videos and everything is so relatable. I really want to be tested for ADHD.

My mom has a ceramic butter dish and the bottom is not glazed. Holding it is the worst sensation. Ever.

The outside of wooden pencils on my fingers literally makes me shudder.

This is why I can't eat some foods. They coat my mouth in a film that I can't get rid of and I hate it.

I have SPD and Tactile defensiveness and I relate to this a lot. I can’t wear most things especially in clothing so finding anything that works makes me happy for a good 4 months, even if it’s 1 shirt. I can only wear 1 type of leggings. I one type of shorts and they don’t make the shorts I like anymore so I am very limited. I can’t wear jeans, sweatpants, most leggings, bike shorts, ect.
