I Only Ate From Whole Foods Buffet For 24 Hours! Is it worth it?

Have you ever wondered what the Whole Foods Hot Bar tastes like? I have, and today I found out! I usually grocery shop at Whole Foods and I have always walked by the hot bar and wondered what it was like. Usually, everything looks delicious and smells delicious but I have a general hesitation about eating at hot bars. I did taste test Erewhon's hot bar recently, but their food is prepared by staff! However, today was the day I got the courage to taste test some of the most delicious items from the Whole Foods Hot Bar.

Ive eaten at the whole foods bar many times and im happy to say that I am not afraid of the issues that you might see at a buffet. The whole foods customers are very clean people in general and have a sense of awareness. There food is pricey but it is fresh and of good quality so I dont mind paying a bit more.

I haven’t been to the Whole Foods hot bar in forever! I grew up walking distance from one and it was such a life saver for the nights when we didn’t have something at home or it was too late to make dinner. I loved the mashed potatoes and all of the roasted veggies, SO good! I would love to see another video of you doing this again, that’d be fun to watch.

My hands down favorite dessert ever is from whole foods- they have a cheesecake with cake layered on top of it and truly, it isn't overtly decadent as it may sound. it's SO GOOD.

The hot bar (and the unlimited access I had to the coffee bar) is the only reason I miss working at whole foods 🥲 thanksgiving food in November was my favorite. The breakfast was always good.

I love whole foods hot bar!! Sweet potatoes, mushrooms, steamed broccoli, brown rice and purple olives. Side of garbonzo ❤ The corn and arugula salad and fingerling potatoes behind the class service area are really good too!

My favorite is when they have the Mediterranean theme with dips and grape leaves and falafel. I used to schedule my cheat meal there and get a bunch of veggies and a few bites of heavier things from the hot bar.
For breakfast, they used to be stocked with items before the 2020 thing, but switched to wrapped sandwiches after. The one I had was great on a brioche roll but it was over $7. I don't remember a biscuit option, but that looks pretty darn good.
The whole foods by me is actually the only one for a 100 mile radius, possibly more in some directions. I wonder how different things would be now there from what you have in the video here 🤔
