Think you might be gluten sensitive? Take the quiz:

In my clinical practice, I have nutritionally counseled thousands of patients with celiac and non celiac gluten sensitivity. Over several decades of practice, I have documented rice as a cause of a variety of symptoms. Some of the more common ones include:

Persistent joint and muscle pain
Muscle cramping
Nerve pain
Migraine headaches
Brain fog
Skin rashes
Stomach pain
Diarrhea and constipation
Blood in the stool
Intermittent low grade fevers in the absence of infection

WOW! Thank you. I stocked up on about 60 packs of various dried rice prepping for next winter. Oh well, they will go to the food bank.

I know you say grains are going to cause inflammation because of the gluten. My question is are lentis, spit peas, and beans grains?
I can't find a clear answer anywhere some sites say they're just legumes and some say they grain legumes. As a celiac my options are limited and I'd like to know for sure what I can and cannot have so I do not cause any further damage to my body.

Is this only white rice that causes the problem? What about wild rice, the black, the red?

There goes another favourite food for my boy...sausages that have rice flour instead of wheat. Plus it's in nearly all his health supplements as a filler...arrrgh!!! Not happy 🤯
