Always thought 10 min Hiit is extremely hard, can't keep up. In fact I couldn't keep up with other trainers, but you made it easy. Today is my first day with you and I am so happy to continue.

Love this workout! 
I'm a female at 124 lbs, I wanted to get more toned and these workouts are awesome!
I do the part 1  of the "10 minute Trainer Workouts To Lose Belly Fat Fast" twice in a row with a small rest in between. Then I did this twice and then the standing ab workout twice. 
Love Hasfit with my life, I'm so glad that I came across your videos.
This workout is great for the glutes ( just do the squats and lunges wider to target the glues more) and great for getting rid of fat.
I usually do 40-60 minutes of hasfit 10 minute workouts.(the 6 minute ab workout is awesome and 15 minutes workout for the glutes are great as well)
and then 30 minutes of my own isolated workouts for the glutes and waist 
I've been doing these for a week with one rest day and I got comments on my arms almost immediately. I'm so excited to the more results!

Also I would love a 10 minute waist workout, that would be really great!

About 7 rounds in I hate you SO MUCH every single time, but I absolutely love it as soon as I'm done. Since I started at my second job, your workouts are the only way I can maintain my fitness level. Thanks for getting these out there!

This was refreshing. I have small sons at home who watch me work out and most of the ones with woman are a bit on the half naked side. I will use this one for my at home morning cardio. Thank you, I love being fit.

I've just started this workout this morning and I was exhausted after but it gave me more energy while resting. I'm glad my cousin recommended this into my daily routines. I'll be checking out more of your other exercises. thanks for sharing.

I haven't worked out in a few days because of unforeseen circumstances. So I wanted a good short workout before I went to bed. As usual you did not disappoint! 10 minutes and I'm still dripping in sweat! Thanks for all you do!

Hello Coach Kozak, you don't know but you are my coach since last one week. I do my workout with you. It is amazing. I am not looking at the results at this point but I am just gonna keep doing,
I just want to let you know that when I started doing this workout I had breathing problem. After doing some research I discover that before any kind of workout warmup is essential. So I have added 10 minute warm up before this workout & results are good so far. Thank you so much for being out there.

is the best cardio excercise at home i ever done !!! and the best thing is that you can handle all the movements in your room because you don't need so much space, in a square of 3 x 3 is excelent, i decide to try with this videos and run for 30 minutes daily and i don't even have to start a diet, i loose almost 10 lbs in two weeks... thank you man !!

I am college student and home from the summer. I can't afford a gym where I am at. These videos have been a great replacement. I am losing some weight I gained and now maintaining where I want to be. Thanks so much for this video and the others.

I've lost ~ 59 pounds so far, still 7 to go so I started with the 30 day challenge last week & all I can say: It totally works! To be honest, I don't follow the meal plan as it doesn't always work out with my daily routine :D Frankly, I believe that the more you eat, the more you gotta work out in your spare time.
To sum up, great job coach Kozak & thank you! =)

Hey, good stuff with this workout. I'm a daily runner and soccer player. I severely injured my knee 2 weeks ago and have been unable to get cardio exercises in (no pool, cannot run and no gym membership). This got me sweating and was just what I was looking for (in combination to my other non-cardio workouts). Many thanks!

Loved it! Now that I have gotten my diet on track, I am ready to incorporate exercise. 10 mins before starting my busy day to get my metabolism running! Really loved it!
