Transfer Files between Android Phone and Windows PC via FTP

FTP File Transfer between Android and Windows PC. Transfer files from your Android device to Windows PC or vice versa using File Transfer Protocol (FTP).

FTP is a network protocol for transferring files between devices wirelessly on a local network. Here, we'll use your Android device as a server and your PC as the client. The only requirement for FTP file transfer on Android is that your Android device and PC should be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. If you don’t have Wi-Fi, you can create a hotspot and then use FTP.

OK, Windows is dump, you have to navigate to "Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center\Change advance sharing options" (in the left panel) and you have to enable all checkboxes there (on both three option Then, if you're lucky it shall not display any other error messages...

"The folder you entered does not appear to be valid please enter another" and when I got to browse, there are no option to create a new folder

does not work with windows 11. windows cannot access this folder. make sure you typed the file name correctly and that you have permission to access the folder. usually this works in windows 10. but not working anymore in windows 11. anyone knows how?

I does not work, if you are in your pc, yes you can see the files but if you click to open, it will open internet explorer and that's it, Nothing Happens.
