Setting up a Google Docs template for Autocrat

Autocrat is a Google Sheets add-on from New Visions for Public School that allows you to send out personalized Docs/Slides based on info from a spreadsheet. The first step is setting up templates that include tags for any text that you are planning on personalizing/replacing. Tags are just a word/phrase inside double angle brackets (which YouTube will not let me do here... they forbid angle brackets in descriptions).
