My guess as to why everyone is having their whole pages changed to headers is because you're pressing shift + enter when breaking lines instead of just enter. Delete all gaps/breaks created with using shift + enter, and remake them by just using enter instead, THEN apply the header format to a specific text.

okay but how do you actually make the heading without making the rest of the text in the paragraph a heading -_-

Whenever I try to use the Headings option, it simply turns the entire page, or even pages, into Heading style text. Can't use it for easy organization. Quite a shame.
