Allstate insurance scam the worst insurance

I was in a car accident where i was making a right turn another driver was making a left i was 70/90% through the turn when the other driver decided to cut the turn early going into my lane so he can make the turn since there were no other cars and since he cut the turn so early into my land he smashed right into me now allstate my insurance company first they said I was at Fault. Another representative said he was at fault then they decided my car was totaled. Then they changed their mind and they decided my car is not totaled and back-and-forth. I’m speaking to people back-and-forth. Nobody could give me a straight answer then all of a sudden after holding on the phone for 30 minutes, I find out that they’ve decided that I was at fault, even though the police report clearly says the other guy was at fault and it makes no sense that I would be at fault the worst Insurance.

All insurance companies are scams. Your insurance company was founded on scams and shady deals. Lol Only get insurance for legal reasons, never count on it to actually replace your possessions. Its allot like gambling, a dice roll to if they will pay or not. I have Allstate auto and homeowners insurance. I have filed 3 claims for my home and was denied all 3 times. Sorry to hear about your denial. That sucks.
