Liberty mutual is the worst, trying to get out from under them. They are charging me 4700.00 a year to insure a 2012 Mercedes. Interesting that you rank these as the worst just because you have to file suit. Filing suit is pretty common when it comes to injury cases. As someone who works for one of these companies handling complex litigated injury cases, you have to file suit so much because we aren't pushovers. We're also doing our job. Yes, we will pay what we owe when we owe it, but our obligation is to our policyholder and to conduct a thorough investigation which takes time. It is what it is. Sometimes it's the cost of doing business.
