It is probably one of the most debated subjects in Forex. Which timeframes are the best and why? To be honest, I am not a fan of what everyone else is doing, and just because everyone else is doing it, it doesn't mean it is correct. In this video, I break down my thoughts and give you some ideas and examples on how you can make your own decisions on which timeframes best suit you and your style of trading.

Before I make a trade setup I look high time frame to see where the market is going (buy or sell) after that I came to my favorite time frame 1day and 4h and I check price levels and 1hr is where I take the trade. am only trading only 4 months and now I'm profitable alx.
