The 4hour Timeframe is much better because its more significant and you can still Daytrade if you want or Swing it for 2-3 Days. Its all about the Break and Retest Levels, but they dont work that well in the 1hour Timeframe because of the Transition from London Session to NY Session... Volume comes in around 8AM and hunts your Stopp Loss. On the 4 Hour Timeframe there is a Gap Time between 6am and 10am. So yes you can trade the Morning Session but dont forget the Afternoon. Make the Trading descision on the 4H Timeframe and your Entry Level on the 1H so you can look deeper into the Candlestick Price Action. Its like a magnifying glass.
