I really like the 5min and 10min charts. It takes a lot of the "noise" out of it.

I like to use the 15 and 5 minute charts for structure and watching for areas of significance and the 2 minute chart for trading. When all 3 charts line up for something the moves are powerful.

I was taught trade the time frame you have time to keep an eye on that suit your life style. So if intade the 5 minute or 15 minutes it's because I have time for it and I'm not going to get busy doing something else otherwise I trade the 1 hour or 4 hour so if I get into a trade at 6am and start working on breakfast and getting the kids ready I don't have to check again until 10. Or at night if I don't want to stay up late I'll get in on the 5/15 minutes and exit before I go to sleep 🤷🏽‍♀️

Anything under the H1 is for scalpers… you have to be comfortable in fast pace set ups. For the more relaxed people who can’t take anxiety, go above the H1

I started learning to trade on the 1-min chart but it ws too crazy. I'm using the 2-min now. I would like to move up to 5-min or larger time frame, but I need to practice using them.

I like to set my levels with the 5-min candles, but react on confirmation from the 3-min candles.

I start with higher time frame. And depending on how much time I have I’ll mirror a 1-5 min chart to the higher time frame for entry and exit.
