4-Foods like green tea that are high in chemical complex EGCG causes the brain and nervous system to run faster which helps you burn more calories.

5-Foods that contains Omega-3 fatty acids like salmon and tuna can alter the levels of a hormone in your body called leptin, Lower leptin levels are associated with a higher caloric burn.

Incase anyone's reading this, add chia seeds in your diet and I guarantee you'll thank me later, here's why:
1.Chia seeds have a HIGH fiber content which are super important in burning fat(like she recommends in the video), about 2-3tbsp a day is all you need.
2. I recommend you soak them in water overnight and consume in the morning, the mixture can be added with 2tbsp honey and lemon juice. This not only helps you feel full for longer because the seeds expand in water but also find a way to help you stay hydrated because of the water that comes with the seeds( don't forget to drink water even after drinking the mixture)
3. Because the chia seeds help you feel full for longer, fasting till it's dinner time is a great way to keep the fat burning, incase you wanna chew something, just grab a banana or an apple or a carrot and that's about enough.
4. Take your time to walk for about 5km everyday and I guarantee you the best results.( jogging works too as it burns 2 and a half more calories than walking)

wonderful advice....I weigh 187 pounds i'm 5"3 in tall...i have anxiety so i take lexepro ....i feel this medicine has caused me to eat and gain weight very quickly....i love this antidepressant because i'm afraid of asking my doctor to change my medication...but i wonder if i exercise and eat right will i be able to loose weight even though i'm on my meds? Right now i'm very desperate due to i'm OVER WEIGHT and i don't like the way i look.

I have never heard of milk being high in complex carbohydrates. The only carbohydrate in milk is lactose which is a simple sugar

When it comes to apples, I cannot digest the skins...and they say that there is where the most pectin is. What about the rest of the apple? Will peeling the apple and just eating the rest of the fruit help about the same??
