This is helpful. Txu. I have built up to 3Xs a day. I plus doing self massage daily. It is helpful in getting my arm strength back for sure.❤❤❤

Good morning Dr. Alex, do you know why every time I put on my compression sleeve and glove (I have lymphedema on my left arm) my arm gets more swollen especially the back of my hand, any suggestions? thank you!❤
