It’s hard to sleep when you wake up feeling a knife is jabbing you in the leg. It hurts from hip to toes. I do have partial paralysis.

My CRP is 1.2 so I’m doing my best to bring this down. This video does help and removing foods is the easiest and I don’t eat as much salmon so maybe I need to take in the supplement. Is there a specific amount to take daily?

While scientific investigations may be conducted in the metric system, when giving advice to Americans, the advice should be stated as pounds, ounces, cups, table spoons and so on. Thus, when I read that I should eat 1 gram of salmon every day, I wonder what that would be in cups?
