Beloved Dr. Mandell, a few years ago, the finger joints in both of my hands started becoming misshapened with painful rheumatoid arthritis. I couldn’t even place my fingers over the top of a jar without pain, let alone twist that lid open. Immediately I started drinking turmeric and ginger tea with ground black pepper. I mean to tell you that I put turmeric and ground black pepper in EVERYTHING I ate or drank . . . Even my coffee. Well, beloved Sir, every single bit of that inflammation is gone! I’m 75 years old right now . . . 76 in a few months . . . And have no pain anywhere in my hands nor anywhere in my entire body. Thank You, Beloved LORD God, Almighty for giving us good things for our mouths so our youth is renewed like the Eagle. I’m so very grateful! The only thing I’m working on right now is a problem with my balance due to a mild stroke that attacked me at the end of 2919. I purchased a 6 oz bag of organic Golden Milk powder: turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom. It's a time saver when it comes to using these ingredients in MY elixer. I drink 1 tblspn everyday. For me the 1 tblspn gets divided to two servings for the day. I use purified boiled water, add my 1-1/2 tspn of the powder - Adding about 8 to 10 oz of the boiled water in a nice large mug. Then...a splash or two of Organic grassfed Half & Half plus a teaspoon of organic raw honey. This way I get to use ALL the ingredients that I've learned about from watching Dr. Mandell's videos. This actually works. I'm an amazon delivery driver and prior to me drinking this, I would ache all over. My knees would hurt going up and down stairs and I would be aching day and night. I started using turmeric, black pepper and honey in my coffee (no cream or sugar) and what a difference. All of the aching I used to experience is gone. I thank God for you Doc 🤗🤗🤗

1/2 cup of water, 1/2 tsp of ground tumeric, 1 tsp or so of honey, stir it up. Drink through a straw. Also add pinch of black pepper to aid in curcumin being activated. Drink in am or b/4 dinner.
