Mango in curry is comedically hated in India. There's a really funny story about a guy going to a banquat. His wife advises him to eat everything he is served as she considers it impolite to reject what is served to him. He asks what he should do if he is served what he doesn't like and she tells him to eat it first so that he can enjoy the rest of the dishes. As luck would have it he is served mango curry which he hates and he eats it first, as per his wife's instructions. The server's thinking he likes it quickly serve him more before he could protest and he eats it again. This keeps going until he can't stand it anymore and he runs away.😅
