I remember the episode where Floyd taught me singlehandedly how to make traditional Naan. Still my favorite recipe without a tandoor.

I know this is video is specifically about curry but that is a genuine lesson for when it comes to flavoring any dish. A wonderful tidbit of kitchen wisdom. Man, what a privilege. This was informative and incredibly gratifying. I've always been intimidated by Indian cuisine but he makes it feel accessible without neutering the complexity and depth of the dishes. His family is very gracious for sharing this piece of him with us.
