Get a 20-minute hip and thigh workout at home without weights, this video includes a few of the BEST exercises to shape the lower body for lean legs. Remember: you can't SPOT reduce an area or lose weight from a particular part of your body. Losing weight affects the whole body and therefore you can’t specify a certain area to lose it from. However, what you can do is start to love your body and build on its strength, endurance, and power. You can choose to focus on strengthening different areas of your body with my Youtube videos. Working on the health of your whole body will help you feel better overall and define a more toned figure. So if you want a workout to strengthen your hips and thighs - this 5-minute video routine has you covered! We will move through all of my favorite exercises for a stronger lower body. It's wild. 8 months ago puttered around with this video and wasn't into it. I was confused and uncoordinated. Today I tried againand it was EXACTLY what my body needed. The right intensity, the right motions, the pace. I feel great. How cool is that??

I was suffering with high hamstring tendonitis pain, I did watch your video. I did follow the exercises just ONCE; and the pain immediatley disappeared with just one session. I keep doing it. Caroline, I just wanted to let you know how thankful I am for you and this video. I’ve been doing your workouts since March and recently took a break to do a Chloe Ting challenge. However this week I’ve been extremely depressed and have felt unable to continue the challenge. Today I was feeling terrible and didn’t want to work out but then I remembered how much I love this video. I feel a lot better after doing it. Thank you so much for doing these videos. I have been doing the get rid of hip pain with this hip mobility routine for about 5 days now and I can't tell you how much it has helped. I had been trying every exercise I had ever been taught and physical therapy and every stretch and nothing was getting rid of my hip pain and after I do this I have no hip pain! I just did this lean lay grew teen after the stretchers and I feel wonderful! I can't tell you how much I appreciate you!

Great routine - I worked hard, the minutes flew by and I could definitely tell the difference in the 90 90 stretches! Its going in the saved folder...
