People who do not vape or smoke make such videos to get views and earn money. You won't find anybody who smoke or vape discourages vaping. I had asthema for 16 years. After getting recovered I started smoking for 26 years and now I have shifted to vape. Its good bro. I feel great

Holy hell. Elite level trolling. I have never a comment section this saturated with victims in a long time. Not only is there people who think it is real. But there is even more people who know full well that it's fake but think that he is doing it to genuinely spread awareness. Fine work.

Anyone else call BS on this besides me? My last cigarette was April 2014. I’ve been vaping every day (pretty much all day )since and my lungs have healed. Right now I’m vaping a fantastic strawberry banana mix… tastes luscious!

I know there are good intentions behind the vaping industry, However, I think there is a much better alternative to both smoking and vaping. Also it is important to bear in mind that vaping is a relatively new invention and as such there are no long term studies on the potentially detrimental effects of it. A long term study requires 20 years or longer of use and vaping as an industry has not yet existed even that long.

Also there are several noteworthy short term side effects of vaping that have been reported as well.
Cigarette smoking where the user inhales into the lungs can also be regarded as a more modern rather than traditional practice.

Historically and traditionally, tobacco was not inhaled into the lungs, but rather it was puffed either in cigar or pipe tobacco form.
Furthermore, the types of tobacco used traditionally were usually more organic in nature and also did not have a plethora of chemical additives
as with modern cigarette tobacco.

Cigarette manufacturers add hundreds of synthetic chemicals to their product for several reasons, one being to bypass the bodies natural reflexive action to
reject smoke inhalation into the lungs. Think about it, if you were to pick some random leaves and dry them or even if you grew your own tobacco and tried
to smoke it, you would cough strongly as the body immediately rejects any type of smoke inhalation.

The tobacco needs to be heavily processed on many levels, from genetic modification of the plant itself, inorganic farming processes and
hundreds of chemical additives during the final production process to allow it to be inhaled easily.

In fact, looking at historical studies, A strong correlation between lung and mouth cancers and tobacco only really came about after the introduction of
heavily processed forms of tobacco into the mainstream public, around the 1920's onwards. Leaving time for long term studies to find the correlation,
we see many studies in the 1950's and 60's first starting to show this.

Some argue that people simply were too ignorant to the potential harm of tobacco in more historic times but this is simply not true. Some studies into
the potential risk factors of tobacco date back to even as early as the 1700's and possibly older. The idea that older cultures where ignorant to
facets of their everyday life is simply not accurate.

Another common argument is that the hundreds of chemical additives allowed to be used in tobacco production are generally regarded as food safe. Perhaps.
But cigarettes are not eaten, they are combusted and as we know, combustion is a thermal chemical reaction that can convert seemingly harmless chemicals into
toxic ones. Just because something may be safe to eat does not mean it is safe to light and inhale into your lungs.

Also there is much evidence nowadays that indicates that chemical additives and genetically modified plants are more harmful than more organic options.
Tobacco, in my opinion is no exception. If you smoke a natural wild strain of tobacco, do not use toxic pesticides and herbicides during its growth and further
do not add chemical additives in its production and finally do not inhale it into your lungs, You will have a vastly different and more healthy product.

I often make the analogy of the difference between smoke created by a synthetic substance like burning plastic to that of an organic substance like wood or dried leaves.
Certainly one is more toxic than the other. Would you sit next to a campfire of burning plastic material comfortably? Would you cook over it?

Humans have co existed with smoke for millennia, think of how even today we still preserve certain foods by smoking them. It is not as simple as to say that smoke is harmful.
It is the type of smoke as well as how the smoke is used that should be considered. In fact, some studies indicate that pipe or cigar smokers, particularly those that use high quality organic
tobaccos had the same rate of mouth cancer as the general populace, which in other words is no risk at all.

In conclusion, I think organic, chemical free, , wild natural strains of tobacco smoked traditionally in a wooden pipe (pure
wood of both bowl and stem is preferable) or as a cigar is much much healthier than either vaping or cigarette smoking.

If you would like to open up a healthy debate on the matter I am more that willing to delve deeper into the subject
