It’s refreshing seeing him actually appreciate his caregivers. People don’t realize how much work emotionally and physically involved and draining it can be ❤️

The way he talks about his siblings is so sweet. I hope he gets all the help he needs.

My deepest respect goes to all caregivers; it takes an extraordinary individual to fulfill such a role in life.

I'm probably 40 lbs overweight right now, and at times feel miserable, i could only imagine what he's going through.

Poor dude. I wish you good health. Hang in there and accept all the help you can get.

Addiction is a real bastard. You can only get out of it with professional help and good people around you. And a strong will to change. I wish this man the courage to pull trough and change

5 eggs is nothing. It’s the amount of sausages, the cheese, and the biscuits that tip it over.

Squatting 225lbs is hard in itself. I can’t imagine carrying 600lbs constantly.

Can I just say how much I love the comment section? It's such a positive change, where people are empathetic, kind, encouraging, and supportive -qualities that lacked severely years ago. You all are great for showing compassion. Kindness goes a long way ❤

You know, he and his siblings seem like genuinely good people who, despite a crap hand in parents, are sticking together. When you know better, you do better. They had no rearing and still have love. Rooting for all three of them ❤

The lack of knowledge about addiction in a country plagued by addiction is unreal

Being a caregiver is hard work, congrats to his brother for not leaving his side!

If his brother wanted to have his brothers back, he’d help him make better choices not collect money as a “caretaker”.

Love = Exercise = Health
If only these people would realize anything less is killing their loved ones, the people suffering may live longer 😢
