The mind is a mystery. I used to be so depressed in the past, due to the bad relationships I had in my life. For a long time I went to bed saying; I wish I die, I wish I die, etc. Ten years forward I was diagnosed with an incurable disease name Scleroderma Crest and people die from it.

So now I found this wonderful woman who is my age and it’s spreading so much love and wisdom.

I don’t want to die, I realized that no matter how terrible life seems to be, life still beautiful even with the crazy drama. So, I started my journey to heal my self.

Ready to do the work!

I have helped a lot of people heal with John Sarno's program over the years, and Nicole Sachs is someone I would recommend. I have never met her, but she is saying all the right things and obviously understands the mind/body connection.

I recently got the Sarno book and I get the idea however I have very little discipline and I'm naturally a very skeptical person. Nicole is the missing puzzle I needed she is like the older sister that had to slap me in the head and pursue this mind body treatment. Thank you Nicole!

Thank you! I like your way explaining. Simple and honest :) Recently I started my journey out of depression, anxiety, chronic pain, etc. without medication. Most important in this way is self-discipline. And faith. You fall but then you get up again. Baby steps :) Be ready for changes.

I've been journaling all my life, EVERYDAY. I mean I'm a journal professional. But 10 years ago I got low back pain and write and write but still no help. I'm not trying to be negative I'm just telling my truth. Is this work truly working? Anyone truly being helped with this?

you are young and well educated. I am 65 can’t support myself and pay any li get for anymore treatments and have no family support and not enough money to live. All the positive isn’t going to reverse decades of trauma

Hej i got more and more symptoms
Fatigue
Brainfog
Inflammation
My Brian shut down
Cabt see tv
Feels like inflammation in my brain
Cant tolorate sun o Cold

Hi I have chronic neuropathic pain for five years I have tried everything counselling journal writing walking swimming accupunture chiropractic how come I'm still suffering now I do have a back injury I did injure my spine liftin and my discs are pressing on my nerve roots
