I wash my bed linens once a week. Glad to know I’m spot on.

I'm single and sleep in a queen-size bed. I wash my sheets every second week because I sleep on one side for one week and then switch to the other side of the bed the following week. This also gives my bed even wear on both sides.

Nothing is more wonderful than going to bed in nice crisp clean sheets!

I wash my sheets weekly, pillow cases daily or every other day. My PJs, they are washed daily. People who shower before bed and don't sweat during the night and use PJs weekly should ok for weekly care. Also, sick people should use mouthwash with alcohol to clean their toothbrushes between uses.

A tip to go along with Angela's ceiling fan cleaning... Wipe down the ceiling fan blades with an old pillowcase (dedicated solely to this task) and the dirt and gunk are left in the pillowcase and not on your bed or floors.

I have 2 layers of protection on our mattresses and pillows, waterproof and quilted. I change and wash them and the duvet sets every time I change the sheets. Also I wash our blankets once a month. I have 2 sets of everything for every bed. My duvet set and sheets are white, so I soak them in enzyme oxy clean for a couple of days before washing. Nothing better than getting into a fresh, clean bed at the end of the day!

I love the smell of freshly laundered bed linen, and there is nothing nicer than having a fresh shower in the evening after a long, tiring day, putting on fresh pajamas and lying in a clean, good-smelling bed.
I change our duvet covers at least once a week, more often (especially in summer), because our dogs sometimes sleep in our bed at the foot of the bed.
Since one of the dogs is allergic to dust mites, we also have these special covers, which I wash every two weeks, the actual pillows and blankets (inlets) every four weeks.
In order to completely remove the dog's hair from the duvet covers, I put them in the tumble dryer for 30 minutes at a low temperature after washing, then I hang them on the clothesline to dry (I try to use as little electricity as possible).
When I was still working in the hospital (I am a nurse) I changed the bedclothes at least once in my shift for completely bedridden patients (and at the same time did at least one little "cat wash" - face, hands, private parts-). This has often had a visibly positive effect on their wellbeing; I think the need to feel clean is human nature and you shouldn't underestimate it.

I wash my sheets and duvet cover and pillow cases once a week in the winter. But hot weather I like clean sheets as often as possible. So wash every other day usually.

Your videos are so helpful for non-professional cleaners like me!

Woop woop! Changed my bed clothes earlier and it's now in a boil wash with the bath towels. Fiancé and I sometimes sweat a lot overnight and often wear a t-shirt to bed to mitigate this. One each, that is! Bedding gets changed once a week, and there's nothing more soothing than getting into a bed with freshly washed linen that has been dried outdoors in the sun. Fully agree with the need for a clean bedroom, you spend a third of your life in it.

I have a duvet (a warm one for winter and a thin cool one for summer). No matter the season and with a room temp the same year round, I can wake up sweating. I don't have the time or the energy to then wash and iron duvet covers and I am also mindful of the impact it has on the environment so I always have a 100% cotton top sheet between me and the duvet which is replaced once a week. Replaced next day if I sweat.

I HAVE ALWAYS WASHED MY SHEETS ONCE A WEEK, SO I WAS GLAD TO HEAR THAT I WAS RIGHT ON TRACK. ONE THING I DO MISS DOING THO SINCE I LIVE IN A CONDO NOW IS HANGING MY THEM OUTSIDE TO AIR DRY IN THE SUNSHINE.
THAT'S THE BEST!!

During the summer, I change my pillowcases every 2-3 days. Feels fresh even if sheets aren't changed as often.

You really need to do a short series of videos for those of us who live in the SE. it rains a ton here. As a matter of fact some of the top 10 “wettest” cities in the US are in the SE. Please address mold, mildew, fungi, bacteria, that funny smell from excessive dampness, and whether or not ( and when and where ) to effectively use chlorine/bleach to clean. Love, love your videos. So helpful and informative.

I'd like to think I'm a pretty clean person, I'm a single guy living alone. I change my sheets every week usually on a Sunday, I'm here cause I was curious how others did it, this video was very informative! Can't beat clean sheets!

Thank you for mentioning the CPAP machine ❤️. Also, side/night tables and ceiling fans because, after all, the CPAP machine feeds you forced air, which is already around the machine and is delivered through the tubing attached, in order to keep the user's airway open/clear (in my case).
I find dust on my machine every morning so I give it a swipe right then.
Thanks for sharing 👍
