How Often Do You Change Your Bed Sheets?

At minimum, you should wash your bed sheets once per week. That's the recommendation anyway. It's a lot of effort, so I went out to see how often people ACTUALLY change their sheets.

I have really oily skin and I'm way too self conscious about acne so I switch them every weekend. Feels lovely jumping into a fresh bed

Every 2 weeks is fine. If you shower and get into bed clean, no problem. If you stay clean in bed then no problem
You won’t die from washing longer

Every week is a must, you can turn your pillows over mid week, or have two on the bed and swap them. But not washing sheets for a month is just gross and lazy.

I change my bedding every week and I also shower everyday. I think it's unclean to change your sheets every two weeks, and months that's crazy. You sweat, you drool, and if you live in a hot weather country it definitely calls for fresh sheets and pillow cases pretty often.

I honestly wash mine every week, but people who live on a budget and or have to go to a laundry mat have to stretch it out alittle longer vs those of us who have fancy gimmicky washer and dryers with steam, wifi and other fancy unecessary features 😂. Lets be honest though most people change their sheets only every a few weeks in reality although they'll swear they do it once or a few times a week because they don't want to look dirty.. If your the type of person who never lays or uses your bed with regular clothes and only uses your bed after a fresh shower or bath then I can see stretching it out to a few weeks, but if your the type of person who often comes in from being outside, and or work and you just hop in your bed with dusty grimy clothes then it would be beneficial to atleast change your sheets once a week especially.. And if you do have a steam dryer you can also refresh some of your bedding in-between if you don't want to do a full wash day blankets can be a pain if your washer or dryer isn't big enough so I don't blame people for trying to stretch them out alittle between washes.

I'm confused at how many people change their sheets once a month! Friday's cleaning day and I change my sheets religiously on a weekly basis. I feel like a weirdo now.

I change my pillow case every two weeks, but the blanket and bed cover every month. I sprinkle perfumed talc powder in between washes to make things fresh 🌨

Mine once per week in winter and swap pillows. In summer I just throw them in the washin mashing every days on a quick wash. Budgeting has nothing to do with it. I get young guys, but some women saying once per month is disgusting. How many lazy and dirty people we have on the Planet?

Every three ml months? Once a month? The heck... That sounds unhygienic... It depends on the season. I'm from the south and it's hot here since the beginning of may. This summer has been pretty hot so far so every like 4/5 days I would change the whole thing. Otherwise once a, week or every two weeks. If you shower everyday and refresh yourself every night, you're okay. Thankfully we have the Bidet 😂❤ the holy tool. Don't be nasty, love your skin please. 😂❤

A couple of months would be perfect. I usually change if I see 'sweat' marks on it.
