How To Survive Airplane Crash - Ditching, Fire, Jungle and Arctic

I visited Dynamic Advanced Training in Dubai, a comprehensive learning organisation specialising in aviation safety and security training. My aviation survival skills were certainly put to the test. First, I went into a hydraulic driven airplane cabin simulator; this is used to test scenarios like heavy turbulence, smoke filled cabins, oxygen mask drop-downs and crash evacuations. I was assisted by 3 qualified cabin crew, who are also friends of mine.

Next, I experienced survival situations in both jungle and arctic environments. The mock up environments were hyper-realistic. My lunch break was spent inside a private jet mock up cabin, to practice how to serve my fellow passengers with McDonald’s BigMac and fries.

Then, I went through firefighting training; to cool off after this, I jumped into the pool for emergency ditching on water practice.

This was great. As a former Adult School employee I received emergency training on several different levels. As my life progressed I had occasion to use the skills I had learned at work, home and in the community. I was thankful for fire suppression skills on several occasions as well as first aid and assisting others during emergencies. You never know how challenging and hard it will be in an emergency situation unless you actually practice that task and you gave us a fair experience thank you so much God bless you all
