Just now I am ending my first week of an all coconut water fast due to problematic arthritis..An all fruit diet is not all that good in comparison to juice dieting. I plant to continue till all leg pain vanishes which will might take a few months as it took 49 days to clear up my body before on an all grape juice fast but now a days I cannot tolerate too much sugar of which coconut water does not have..Wish me well as I wish good health to every one

Minum coconut water, greengrass jelly (cincau), air rebusan herbal(kunyit, kencur, cengkih, cinnamon, etc) skitar 100-150ml biar pencernaan cepat sembuh. Porsi makan n jenis mengolahnya jg dijaga. Klo ada radang usus jangan makan/minum yg bnyak endapan nanti bisa sakit lg perutnya.
