2.Here i download this forza via microsoft store xbox game pass.

3.At same time this same problem also occurs on forza horizon 4.

4.So anyway very simple method to fix this error is,just one time repair this game app.

5.And also execute i mentioned commands in your command prompt.

6.Finally one time restart your pc.

7.So i hope this will fix your issue in permanently.

This worked, thanks! Actually, all I had to do was the repair part and everything synced for me. This was on Windows 10, with Subnautica. Issue started happening after logging several hours on Xbox One and then going back to PC.
