I give you common fixes if you have syncing or pairing issues on the Fitbit Luxe tracker / watch. We will basically sync, pair, unpair, repair. Plz comment if it still won't sync or pair for you. Hope this helps.

I've been trying to get my Luxe to sync for about a week. This tutorial did the job. It took the last step in the video, but the Luxe now has the correct time. The Sync is still clunky, but I suspect it is because I have an Android 9 OS and Fitbit is now compatible with Android 10 and newer.

I had to remove it from my device and set it up again but it worked!! Thank you. So the last step is what worked for me.

I tried everything and mine wouldn’t sync. So I cleared the data since my last sync (about 3 weeks) and did it again. That did it. I lost those 3 weeks unfortunately but I was trying for so long to sync it. Your video still definitely helped so there’s no way I would dislike even if it didn’t work. You explained it all very well, and have given me the knowledge in case it happens again - next time it may work

Very thorough and carefully explained. Solved my problem. What finally worked was deleting the lux from the app and re-adding it. Worked like a charm. Thank you.

Your tutorial was absolutely BRILLIANT! I’d tried everything I knew might re-synch it then you showed me all the things I didn’t know! Your final step is the one which worked for mine, the one where you enter the 4 digit code. I would never have worked that out for myself! Thank you so much! Your hints and directions were way more clear than through the Fitbit website. Unpairing and then repairing my Luxe is what worked for me using a Google Pixel 6.

Thank you! I hadn’t charged or synced mine for a couple weeks and just completely closing the app worked.

Thank you! I've had my lux about 2 weeks with no issues. Yesterday was a busy day and I didn't pay attention to it or the app. When I got up this morning and went to check the app, I realized that the lux hadn't synced for about a day and a half. I did all of the stuff on the app and even reset the lux, but nothing worked and I was almost ready to return it. I figured before I do that, I would check YouTube to see if there was anything else I could try. This was the 1st video that popped up and I'm glad. I had to restart my phone and plugged in the lux and reset it via the charger and this worked on the 1st try and no data was lost. Guess I will keep the lux as I like it overall. I thank you and Fitbit should thank you too!

Great tutorial. For me too, it was the last fix that worked. Ironically, it is also not offered up by fitbit. It makes perfect sense.
