How to fix OneDrive is stuck on sync pending

Onedrive sync your data to the cloud but sometime sync stuck due to errors. you can reset onedrive via command line. please see the video.

This didn't work for me unfortunately. I have spent hours reading and trying different things and the sync will not go away. I can't rename folders, delete files, etc. Microsoft needs to do BETTER.

Well, believe it or not, slowly but surely, this did the trick for me.
One additional step I needed to take:
Since my Onedrive icon disappeared from my Start Menu, once I followed this video's procedure, I clicked on Windows' Start, searched for Onedrive, and re-initiated its process by clicking it. Afterwards my files began syncing normally.

Thank My issue was I was restarting my buissness account but not my personal account aswell so onedrive was still running as i restarted it. This code must reset they both for you and do a propper shut down of the stoftwere. One i ran the code i waited 5 mins and started up onedrave again and it

It says it doesn’t work it says windows cannot find and then says that you told us to type make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again. Please help

I typed /reset" into the Run, but it says "Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\[My Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.". Im using Windows 11. Do you have another solution?

This didn't work. My green ticks disappeared - and refresh did nothing, which made me wonder, what has this done to my PC? If this has lost changes for unsynchronised versions of my files, you should be clear about the impact of following your advice in this video. When I restarted my PC, green ticks returned but it hasn't sychronised the files that need to be synched.

If it says not found, you need to add a space between... .exe and /reset
So it looks like this:
