My senior is doing politics with me. He gives the difficult work which no one can do to me. And when it streamlined he gives it to another and say it's simple anyone can do it? He is my senior can't deny him that I will not do. But this is wrong and I feel helpless there😢.
I can handle my college but I can't do any thing of my senior like CFO.

Skill ko improve kare performance ko improve kare !!!! I'm performance is better than many specially my team mates who have 5-7 years more experience than me including the lead and that's creating trouble for me.

Mam handling college is easy but what if our senior do politics with us?
Give work to you and promotion to other. My boss himself say that particular work can't be done by others and give it to me and when the work is streamlined he gives it to others. And say its simple any one can do, and also he force me to share how i did to others. If i tell about how i did what will be my relavane in the organisation.😢

Behen performance se kuch ni hota...i was given the bonus i wS the top performer. My manger had put me on pip n told in front of HR ki need to keep it confidential. Andhere me rkh ke sabko mujhe bahar karwa diya...ab kya ghanta kya hua performance ka. Ab manager hi harami ho to kya karegu performance?
