My name is Asle Kommedal, I am a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and the director of Topstone Property Invest. What I do is strategic property investing. Property investing is not just to buy a property you like and hope for the best. It is doing qualified research to find the right type of properties for the right investor. For example, some may have a goal of building a portfolio over time and others may focus more on instant cash flow, and some a little bit of both.
