I love the mentality of investing in your health. It cannot be taxed, cannot be taken, and often contains no interest payments.

We worry about our financial health more than our physical and mental health.

For those who want to know what kind of water filter Paul shows in this video. Here's the name of the model RO100ROPOT Reverse Osmosis System Countertop Water.

If you remineralize your reverse osmosis water with sea salt, you literally put back micro plastics and heavy metals. Use rock salt or hymalayan pink salt, which was sea salt millions of years ago, before the oceans went to shit. That's also what you should salt your food with.

The pressure needed to force water thru an RO system causes roughly a 90% loss. RO systems require a discharge line that goes down a drain into sewer drain, so for every gallon of RO water you get roughly 9 gallons goes down the drain. Expect much higher water bills once a RO is installed. If you can get a holding tank and just keep recycling the same water over and over it maybe worth it otherwise it creates A LOT of discharge just going down the drain. If you live in an area with water scarcity be aware of this issue

Since my dishwasher was broken, I spent the money and space on a 5 stage RO system, best decision of my life ever

They work good for what they do. The well failed on the farm I was renting. I was teasing my dog only to find out he could tell the difference between the Brita vs just tap. In less than a month all of the faucets in the home clogged up with green mucus just like snot. I didn't get sick once and the man who ran safety test was amazed. He belived my dog's choice kept me healthy.

I prefer mine straight from the tap with a splash of canola oil and soybean oil

I drink straight out the tap with some red 40 for flavor

Can you please tell me how a brita INCREASES aluminum in your water?

I good alternative is a Zero water filter. It removes ALL minerals (this includes fluoride) whereas RO can leave trace amount of total dissolved solids. It also has been shown to remove all roundup as well. Also can be bought just about everywhere for about $30.

Of all the pitcher filters, Clearly Filtered is the best one. They even remove microplastics, but I still pour the water in a glass pitcher cause 1) the filter itself still has plastic 2) I don't trust that the pitcher is BPA/BPS free

Fluoride lowers iq... The US have been pumping drinking water full of fluoride for quite a while... So much stuff makes sense now.

Brita filters aren't bad, much better than no filter. In fact, they tell you what they do and don't filter. Honestly, this sounds more like an advertisement for reverse osmosis.

Here in México reverse osmosis water is very common and cheap, about 1 dollar for a 5 gallon container.

I wish i had the money to buy all these things... I'll just keep drinking from the tap..

I recently switched to Zero Water filtration system. It comes with a water tester. I tested the tap, Sparkletts mountain spring water and the water from the new Brita 10 cup pitcher I just purchased. The Brita results were shocking. The water from my tap had a TDS level of 299. The Brita, 257 👀 YIKES! The Sparkletts was 55. The Zero Water filtered to exactly that ZERO. 201 and above contain high levels of total dissolved solids. Not much better than the tap! Ill use the Brita for the plants.

Can we get more information on how much salt please? I'm sure this is readily available information but I feel you present the information in an understandable form which helps understand these kinds of queries in the most clear and concise way.
Thanks for all your content by the way brother you are a gift to humanity 🙏

I live in a very hard water area. If I don't filter my water I'll be consuming excess calcium which is worse than aluminium. A reduction in lead etc is probably a better trade off. Excess calcium is also linked to dementia and other factors.
I like your advice though and I'll switch to a combination of both filtered and unfiltered. Reverse osmosis filters are the solution but its not an affordable option for everyone. Great short
